The bedroom suite, the dollhouse (though I have serious questions about a real wooden unfinished dollhouse for a 4 year old), the desk. Anything else is extra.

Definitely hang on to the Trixie Belden - I think they are actually kind of hard to come by. There's always Nancy Drews at the thrift store :-)
Oh my, Susan. I think you should implement a one in one out rule with this load.
And rule one in my friend's unluttering book "get rid of all the sentimental clutter". I'm going through mine right now!
Oh, a complete set of original Nancy Drews?! I would love that--I had a set when I was young. But it is also a whole set of dust magnets.
I'd say no to the treadmill...I can't imagine where you would put it! But the mini-fridge might be nice to have in your office?
